Due Diligence for Hemophilia A Therapy Development in France, Spain, Italy and Sweden

CHALLENGE

For an initiative revolves around a research into innovation within Hemophilia A therapy development, a strategy consulting firm partnered with BTHT and seek to speak with national/regional decision makers, KOLs, innovative contracting experts and patient associations in France, Sweden, Spain and Italy.

BTHT APPROACH

After conducting the initial meeting with the client and thoroughly analyzing the entire project, the team swiftly took action to identify the most suitable expert profiles in the targeted countries. Former regional/national decision-makers, doctors/KOLs in Hemophilia A area, innovative contracting experts, and patient organizations were identified and contacted by the research team.
