After a few years in the health sector, I joined a consulting firm to carry out strategy and M&A assignments. I was in daily contact with experts and networks.
By dealing with non-specialist providers, I quickly found myself in the position of being able to recruit better-qualified experts more quickly and easily through my own network. I also noticed that communication and working methods could be improved.
Passionate about networking and healthcare ecosystems, I decided to create a specialist network of healthcare industry experts offering a tailored and flawless service to its clients. That's how BTHT - Building Tomorrow's Healthcare Together - was born.

With my background in Biomedical Engineering / Nanomedicine and a deep passion for improving healthcare, I realized that I wanted to pursue a career where I could help businesses access the right information and make informed decisions in this ever-evolving sector.
As a Team Lead, my roles are: encompassing project and team management, building relationships with the best experts, and driving client success.
When I'm not hard at work, I'll most probably be trekking through the great outdoors and basking in its tranquility. And as a coffee enthusiast, I believe Turkish coffee is the ultimate brew.
